Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Gregory is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Dragon Media Online, Inc. Prior to founding Dragon Media Online, Gregory founded and served as the Chairman, CEO and President of Mediaplex, Inc., a publicly traded NASDAQ company ("MPLX") that was acquired by ValueClick, Inc., a publicly traded NASDAQ company ("VCLK"). Gregory, who specializes in early and emerging stage growth companies, has also founded or invested in several other hi-tech companies, including but not limited to, GlobalCast, TimeShift, Internet Extra Corporation, MindSource, Sandpiper Networks, Good Technology, and The Internet Mall / SHOPNOW. He also serves on several boards as a director or advisor. Previously, Gregory founded PointBreak Ventures, a venture capital firm that focused on early stage strategic investments in Silicon Valley for the fund's Asian and corporate limited partners. Prior to that, Gregory worked at Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom and Montgomery Securities, specializing in M&A and corporate financings.
Gregory is also the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Momentum Sports Group, LLC, a company dedicated to the growth and management of sports and entertainment assets worldwide, and the owner and operator of the Health Net Pro Cycling Team Presented by Maxxis, the number one domestic-based professional cycling team in the United States for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Gregory received a J.D. from The Georgetown University Law Center (GULC) where he was a member of law review and thereafter clerked for the Honorable, Anthony A. Alaimo, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Gregory has been a member of GULC's Board of Visitors since 2000.
Ryan was named President in December 2007 having joined Dragon Media Online in December 2007 through the company's acquisition of Don't Blink Media, Inc. where he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since Don't Blink Media's inception. Ryan became a member of the Dragon Media Online Board of Directors in December 2007.
Prior to Dragon Media Online, Ryan served as Vice President of Business Development at Marchex, Inc., a publicly traded company ("MCHX"). Also, Ryan was Director of Partnerships at Classmates Online until the company's acquisition by United Online, a publicly traded entity ("UNTD"). Ryan began his internet career at Design Intelligence followed by several leadership roles at RealNetworks, Inc. ("RNWK") over five years. Ryan's entire career has been focused on the online advertising marketplace in various capacities, both nationally and internationally.
Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree from the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington, Seattle. He also attended the University of Guadalajara, Mexico, and the University of Koln, Germany. Ryan also played professional basketball in Germany for several seasons.

Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Martin leads Dragon Media Online's team of engineers and application developers on development and refinement of DMO's technology and data suite of products.
Prior to Dragon Media Online, Martin was Vice President with Efficient Frontier. As Vice President, Martin focused primarily on two initiatives: working with advertisers in a consultative role on how best to leverage Efficient Frontier's team and Technology Platform to meet their ROI needs, as well as working with leading agencies on partnership strategies. Some of the partners Martin managed as Vice President were Agency.com, Nike U.S., Micron Technology/Crucial Technology, Tribune Interactive, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Mediasmith, eStorm, and National University.
Prior to Efficient Frontier, Martin led the development of BlackFoot Analytix at BlackFoot Inc. where he delivered the online industry's first multiple attribution protocol (MAP) model also known as attribution management for online media. At aQuantive's (AQNT) Atlas DMT division, Martin held the position of Senior Director and was responsible for building and driving western regional sales.
Previously, Martin was the Founder of OneMedia Asia, the affiliate office in Asia for the fastest growing and largest interactive and direct marketing agency in Australia, now called OneDigital, an Aegis Company. Martin also worked for DoubleClick (DCLK) Dart for Advertisers (DFA), catering to advertisers, agencies, and marketers in Asia Pacific, the U.K. and the U.S.
Paul Uhlir ![]()
Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Paul was named Dragon Media Online's VP of Sales and Business Development in December 2007. Prior to this position, Paul was Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Don't Blink Media. Paul has held numerous positions within the Internet advertising space, including Director of Search Distribution at Marchex, Inc. a publicly traded company ("MCHX") and Director of Business Development at InfoSpace ("INSP"). Before Go2Net's acquisition by Infospace, Paul held several sales leadership roles at the publicly traded company.
Paul holds an undergraduate degree in history from the University of Washington, Seattle. Before he entered the internet industry, Paul was the drummer of the sensational Seattle grunge band, Sweetwater (Atlantic Records), and his skills can still be enjoyed on YouTube.
Scott J Thompson
Vice President, Advertiser Sales
Scott was named VP, Advertiser Sales in August 2008. Prior to joining Dragon Media Online, way back in the 1990's, Scott was Senior Director of Business Development at Mediaplex, Inc., a publicly traded NASDAQ company ("MPLX") that was acquired by ValueClick, Inc., a publicly traded NASDAQ company ("VCLK"). While at Mediaplex, Scott was an international business development team leader responsible for growing technology and media sales.
Scott's past also includes managing business development at Roundarch, Inc. (CRM Technology Company that was founded by Deloitte Consulting, WPP Group & BroadVision). Scott's clientele centered around Fortune 500 companies in the western region of the US.
Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business from St. Mary's College of California. He's also a noted author of "Internet Real Estate", published in December of 2007.
Peter Szatmari ![]()
Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy
Peter is responsible for Dragon Media Online's strategy and corporate development. Prior to joining Dragon Media Online, Peter was Vice President, Business Development, then the Chief Financial Officer at GUBA, a pioneering online video destination. Prior to GUBA, Peter worked globally in investment banking and management consulting at McKinsey & Company, Deutsche Bank and Jefferies & Company.
Peter received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he was a Haas Merit Scholar. Peter speaks several languages, having lived extensively in Europe and the Middle East. His passion for speed and exhaust fumes often finds him playing with his four and two wheeled toys at the racetrack, of much concern to his loved ones.
Alan Raifman
Vice President, Business Affairs
Alan was named Dragon Media Online's VP of Business Affairs in May 2006. Alan's extensive experience includes endeavors as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mediaplex, Inc., a publicly traded company ("MPLX"), as Co-Founder and President of Little Cargo, Inc., an innovative juvenile products development company and through his association with Albert A. Rettig and Associates, a business management and entertainment law firm, specializing in live performances and television productions. Alan focuses on navigating through challenges in the ever converging online and offline worlds.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis. Before he ventured into the vast internet frontier, Alan was a sportswriter, who, while always exuding an objective approach, would quietly admit - if under duress - to maintaining (an unhealthy) rooting interest in the Washington Redskins.
Adrian McDole ![]()
Senior Director, Agency Services
Adrian was named Senior Director, Agency Services for Dragon Media Online in December 2007. Prior to this position, Adrian was Director of Marketing at Don't Blink Media. Adrian, began his internet career in 1999 joining RealNetworks where he spent 5 years in various roles, the most recent being Partner Project Management. In 2004, Adrian joined Avenue A | Razorfish, a division of Aquantive, Inc. ("AQNT") and worked in senior account management roles on key client accounts. Adrian is a certified Yahoo! Search Marketing Ambassador and Google Adwords Qualified Individual.
Adrian holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology from the Missouri State University. He's putting that degree to good use in the field of online advertising and marketing. Adrian is a game-show junkie and has a lifelong mission to appear on Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, or The Price Is Right, where he's absolutely convinced he would win big.
Dimple Billimoria ![]()
Director, Partner Distribution
Dimple joined Dragon Media Online in January of 2007 and became Director, Partner Distribution in July of 2007. Dimple is responsible for Dragon Media Online's distribution strategy and worldwide publisher relationships. Dimple has over 6 years of online advertising industry experience having begun her career with McCann Erickson as a media planner where she worked to build cutting edge media plans for Microsoft. After McCann Erickson, Dimple went on to work for PeopleSoft within the corporate brand management team. Most recently, Dimple worked for Aptimus as an Account Manager for their performance marketing team.
Dimple holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from UCLA and a Masters of Education from UC Santa Barbara. Dimple was also a White House Intern under President William Clinton in 1997.
Jason Lokkesmoe ![]()
Director, Client Services
Jason is responsible for Dragon Media Online's education lead-generation client relationships and development. Jason has been with Dragon Media Online since 2005 and has an expertise in international lead-generation with an emphasis in the higher education vertical. Prior to joining Dragon Media Online, Jason has held positions as a Sales Manager, Professional Cyclist, Youth Director, and International Student Enrollment Counselor.
Jason is an Oregon Scholar and attended Corban College. Jason holds three State Championships and one National Championship as an Amateur Cyclist in the time trial event, two State Championships in each of the road race and the criterium and was a member of the Health Net Cycling Team Presented by Maxxis from 2003-05 where he honored the team and himself with a number of stellar performances against the world's finest professional cyclists. From time to time, Jason can still be seen riding in the Team Kit near the various offices of Dragon Media Online.

Director, Dragon Performance Network
Tim is the Director of Dragon Performance Network. Prior to this position, Tim was Director of Marketing at Don't Blink Media. Tim launched his interactive marketing career in 1999 at Seattle based startup, Virtual Communities. In 2001 he co-founded, Zoics Inc., which specialized in Search Engine Marketing and white-hat SEO tactics. After selling his share of Zoics in 2005, Tim worked for Bellevue-based internet marketing services company, Ascentium, and Seattle-based mobile media company, Blue Frog Media. Tim is a certified Yahoo! Search Marketing Ambassador.
Tim graduated from the University of Washington, Department of Communications in 2003 with an emphasis in Consumer Behavior, Mass Media Law, Negotiations, Economics, Journalism, Animal Training, Physics, Psychology, Calculus, Advanced Basket Weaving, Statistics, Chemistry and so on...
